Depending on the size of your office and
your professional needs, you may require different services.
Electronic Filing
If you are not filing electronically now or wish to switch
to a new service, our fees are as below:
 | $150 set up fee which includes setting
up payer agreements with North Carolina Payers and
electronic filing approval |
 | $3.50 for each new Health claim filing
including Medicare, Medicaid and state and commercial
payers |
 | $3.00 for all subsequent claims |
 | $1.50 refiling fee when submitting
additional information |
We will also negotiate fees based on
percentage if you prefer.
Established Offices
If you are using or have purchased software and wish to
continue using it, fees will be based on the following:
 | Clearinghouse costs. |
 | Set up requirements. |
 | Fees for Accounting and Clerical
services can be negotiated on an hourly basis. |
In addition, we
provide complete HIPAA compliance consultation to get your
office completely HIPAA compliant including:
 | Providing all necessary patient forms. |
 | Advise and check list for all HIPAA
requirements. |
 | Patient Information and Privacy
notification. |
 | Storage requirements for both
electronic and paper files. |
All consultations can be done at
your office for a fee of $50 per hour. |
